✧ Terms of Service ✧

By ordering a commission from me, Indiefarer, you agree to these Terms of Service.
This list is subject to change at any time, for any reason.

  • References are recommended, the more, the better! I will follow them to the best of my ability.

✧ Commercial Use ✧

  • If the customer plans to use the product for monetary gain, there will be an overall upcharge of 25% on the cost of the model. This includes, but isn't limited to:

  • Featuring the model on YouTube through videos, memberships, donations, ad revenue, or sponsorships

  • Featuring the model for monetary gain through Twitch via ads, sponsorships, donations, subscriptions, or bit donations

  • Usage in paid products such as games, movies, exclusive content, etc.)

✧ Payment ✧

  • Payment will be done through PayPal's invoice system.

  • I do not take cryptocurrency as payment. I ONLY accept USD.

  • The customer must pay half price upfront before the modelling process begins, and the last half upon completion of the commission.

  • I am allowed to cancel or decline a commission for any reason. Cancellation on my end will result in a full refund.

  • The customer will have full rights and ownership to the commissioned model.

  • The customer agrees that work on the model will not begin until payment has been received by me, the seller.

  • The customer may request a refund if no clear update has been provided within 1 month.

  • After the model is complete, no refunds will be given under any circumstance.

✧ Delivery ✧

  • I am not responsible for what the customer ends up doing with the completed commissioned model. The usage of the completed model does not reflect me. The finished model is the only thing I am responsible for.

  • If the model is broken in an attempt to be used in other software that I am not explicity knowledgeable in, I am not responsible. I am only able to provide .blend, .vrm, and .fbx files currently.

  • Revisions are welcome at any point until the rigging stage; revisions after that point must be minor.

  • I will send consistent updates to the seller during the commission process, and the seller is allowed to ask for as many updates as they want.

  • Product(s) will be delivered digitally, in the form of .blend, .vrm, and PNG/JPG files. Other file types may vary.

  • A typical commission will take around 2 weeks to 1 month to complete.

  • Both the customer and the seller are not allowed to re-sell the model for any reason, unless it is explicitly stated prior to starting the commission.

  • The customer does not hold the right to use the commissioned model in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in space.

  • The customer does not hold the right to use the commissioned model in any sort of AI training program, or to further benefit AI related projects.

Hello! My name is Indiefarer. I make 3D anime-styled models, and currently am offering 3D character model/VTuber commissions! For more information, visit both the Prices and the Terms tabs!

Capabilities:

I've been using Blender for 4+ years! My entire workflow will be condensed entirely in Blender/Unity.Currently, I am able to produce various cel-shaded anime-styled characters in both a regular and chibi form. However, there are things I am incapable of making, including, but not limited to:

  • Chiseled/Overtly muscular characters

  • Furry/Anthromorphic characters (Ears/tails are okay)

  • Mecha

  • Realistic/PBR based characters

NSFW was previously under things I could not do, however that has since changed. As long as the request is within my capabilities/comfort zone, I am open for NSFW commissions.

Here is a list of a few things (depending on request) that you will receive when you commission me:

  • The complete 3D model in both fbx and blend format

  • The 3D model's textures, texture masks, etc.

  • The 3D model's Unity Humanoid rig, as well as a .vrm file for vtubing purposes

  • The base (SFW) body of the 3D model, with the same rigging and blendshapes as the initial model for outfit modelling/swapping purposes

✧Prices✧

Prices are in USD. The final total will vary heavily on both the type and complexity of the character design. If you would like a more specific estimate, feel free to message me through Twitter DMs and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
As for a rougher estimate, my base pricing starts at:

$250 for half-body

$500 for full body

and $150 for chibi.
